Pediatric Gastroenterologist

Pediatric Nephrology

The Department of Pediatrics at Dartmouth Health Children’s and The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth seeks a board certified/eligible pediatric gastroenterologist. This individual will work primarily at the ambulatory specialty center in Manchester, NH which is the home site for many of our pediatric specialists, supported by child life, dieticians, social workers and more. There is an Endoscopy Center and ASC on site. The ambulatory center is also a key site for medical student and resident education as well as clinical research.

Dartmouth Health Children’s provides an extended system of care with primary, specialty, and advanced tertiary pediatric services, including an inpatient pediatric unit with PICU, level II Pediatric Trauma Center, and level III NICU at its flagship Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (CHaD).  Dartmouth Health Children’s also operates a comprehensive ambulatory specialty center at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic in Manchester, the largest city in the state, and 10 pediatric primary care medical homes across the region. Qualifications

The successful candidate will have completed a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology and be board certified or eligible.

Responsibilities

Teaching residents and medical students is expected, so eligibility for appointment to the faculty at The Geisel School of Medicine is required, at a rank commensurate with experience and academic portfolio. Required Licensure/Certifications

  • Board eligible/Board certified in pediatric gastroenterology
  • Eligible for NH medical license and DEA
